4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing

By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

We use PayPal to process payments. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is terminated.

4.3 Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

If you upgrade your subscription, you will gain immediate access to the additional features and leads, and your billing amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If you downgrade your subscription, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will be terminated.

5. Lead Usage and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

The leads provided through our service are intended for legitimate business marketing purposes only. You may use the leads for:

  • Email marketing campaigns (subject to applicable laws)
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Telemarketing (subject to applicable laws)
  • Business development and sales outreach

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the leads for:

  • Spam or unsolicited mass communications

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Leads.me.uk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leads.me.uk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
